Portrait or landscape dance video

Portrait or landscape dance video: choose a video shape that suits the image you upload.

Written and maintained by Chinaza Filter · Updated

Portrait is the default

The generator defaults to 9:16. This suits upright images with a person or small group and space for arm movement. Use the complete scene you want to retain instead of relying on the model to reconstruct cropped clothing or surroundings.

Landscape can suit wider groups

16:9 is available for wider compositions. A large mismatch between source framing and output ratio can require the model to adapt the composition. Keep important people and objects away from the edges, and inspect the finished clip for unintended framing changes.

Keep the camera expectation clear

The request asks for a fixed camera and unchanged background regardless of aspect ratio. Leaning and gestures belong to the people, not the camera. AI output can still vary, so watch the full render before sharing or ordering another attempt.

What else should I know?

Will a portrait image work in landscape?

The format can be selected independently, but a large mismatch can cause scene extension or reframing. If preserving the original composition matters most, choose an image close to the desired output shape. For a wide group, a landscape source usually gives clearer information about spacing than a narrow crop of the same scene.

How much room should I leave for gestures?

Keep hands and arms visible and leave clear space around the group. The choreography includes opening both arms, leaning and clapping, so tightly packed people near the edges give the model less room. There is no exact margin that guarantees success. Use the examples to understand the motion, not as a strict framing template.

Is generation free, and do I need an account?

There are 0 free generation credits by default. No account is required for guest checkout: enter a delivery email and use the private result page. Signed-in users can buy account packs and return to My videos. Check the pricing page before paying because guest and account packs have different prices and allowances.

What file and output settings are supported?

Upload one JPG, PNG or WebP image up to 10 MB. Choose 480p for 20 credits or 720p for 45 credits, with 9:16 portrait or 16:9 landscape. The output is a 13-second MP4 with generated pop audio and no site-added watermark. A higher resolution does not guarantee more accurate movement.

Where is my image processed and saved?

Your image is sent to the AI service provider to generate the video; processing does not happen entirely in your browser. This browser may retain a local upload draft for 24 hours after the last save. Download the finished MP4 promptly because provider links may expire. Read the Privacy Policy for data handling details.

When should I retry a generation?

First check the existing task. Pending or processing means you should wait; a temporary status error is not a confirmed failure. Credits return when generation is confirmed failed. A new attempt consumes credits, including when the previous video completed but its appearance or movement did not meet your expectations. Contact support for unresolved billing issues.
