Video credits and failed tasks

Video credits and failed tasks: understand generation costs and when credits are returned.

Written and maintained by Chinaza Filter · Updated

Check the cost first

480p costs 20 credits and 720p costs 45 credits per attempt. Generation is paid, with zero free credits by default. Local development test credits are not a public offer. The pricing page lists current guest and signed-in packs.

Avoid duplicate submissions

Processing time depends on the provider queue. If a task is pending or processing, return to that task rather than starting again. Refreshing the page does not cancel an accepted generation. Every new generation is a separate attempt with its own credit cost.

Failed tasks and refunds

Credits are returned after a generation is confirmed failed. A successfully produced clip with imperfect movement is not automatically refunded. Credit returns are different from payment refunds. For a billing issue, contact support with your order or task ID, never passwords or payment secrets.

What else should I know?

How many videos does a credit pack cover?

Divide the available credits by the chosen generation cost and count whole attempts. For example, 50 credits can cover two 480p generations or one 720p generation, with the rest remaining in your balance. The allowance table uses each pack alone and excludes any credits already on your account.

Does a failed status check return credits?

No. A network or status-query error can occur while the provider is still processing. Credits are returned only after the generation itself is confirmed failed. Revisit the same task to check progress. If your balance appears incorrect, contact support with the task or order ID rather than sharing payment credentials.

Is generation free, and do I need an account?

There are 0 free generation credits by default. No account is required for guest checkout: enter a delivery email and use the private result page. Signed-in users can buy account packs and return to My videos. Check the pricing page before paying because guest and account packs have different prices and allowances.

What file and output settings are supported?

Upload one JPG, PNG or WebP image up to 10 MB. Choose 480p for 20 credits or 720p for 45 credits, with 9:16 portrait or 16:9 landscape. The output is a 13-second MP4 with generated pop audio and no site-added watermark. A higher resolution does not guarantee more accurate movement.

Where is my image processed and saved?

Your image is sent to the AI service provider to generate the video; processing does not happen entirely in your browser. This browser may retain a local upload draft for 24 hours after the last save. Download the finished MP4 promptly because provider links may expire. Read the Privacy Policy for data handling details.

When should I retry a generation?

First check the existing task. Pending or processing means you should wait; a temporary status error is not a confirmed failure. Credits return when generation is confirmed failed. A new attempt consumes credits, including when the previous video completed but its appearance or movement did not meet your expectations. Contact support for unresolved billing issues.
